What Is HAARP?
HAARP stands for The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program.
HAARP is jointly funded by the US Air Force, the US Navy, the University of Alaska, and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA)

Problem is, the strength of the signal in the tube “What does HAARP sound like?” second from top is nothing. It’s tiny, in radio terminology Strength (S) 3 to 5. The signal is pathetically weak for 3.5Mw ERP. Yes, ok , so most of it is beamed vertically upwards and so exits the ionosphere into space but even so I think we’d all expect some Scatter and Refraction producing Bigger signals on occasion …
Personally, I can vouch for its use in submarine detection, at least at one time, as it was used to excite bugs placed on enemy subs, either complicitly or covertly, which allowed each team to know precisely where the opposing team’s subs were by ‘illuminating’ these bugs via VLF signals excited in the Ionosphere by the HAARP signals. The ‘bugs’ were attached to the missile tubes, which caused these tubes to become VLF antennae, believe it or not. I didn’t believe it, until I was able to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the guy telling me this, was a genuine an ex-NATO North-Atlantic Nuke Fleet ‘bug detector’.

I’ve been hearing from friends for awhile now about the haarp project. I will be the first to admit that I don’t know that much about it. I listened to the sound of what haarp sounds like. Very similar to the constant ringing in my ears.. I wholeheartedly believe that our government is using this weapon on populations worldwide. I have often wondered why the people in Haiti have become complacent about their disaster that befell them. And the earthquakes. I know they can control emotions. Anger, complacency, fear,, rage. There is nobody on the face of this earth that can convince me that haarp is not used to control populations and cause natural disasters. I think I should design a little head covering that would prevent us from the microwaves that are being emitted from our government’s latest weaponry which they are already using on citizens here in the U.S.. I was thinking though, that if I did come up with head gear that is protective, I would be prevented from manufacturing it. So in the meantime fashion your own out of aluminum foil. Like I said I don’t know much about it and I’m far from being an expert. I just know I don’t trust any of these agencies.
